It was a wonderful experience. I had been seeking for a Middle Eastern restaurant that served shawarma in this manner, and I... have to admit that this one met my expectations in every way. The fries are wonderful, and the chicken was tender and delicious.I must admit that I had the impression that I was eating in a restaurant back home. Most notably, Varsha, the staff member,treats the clients with kindness and respect. The restaurant is extremely spotless, and the cost is reasonable as well.Definitely worth visiting; highly recommended. I'll definitely return to try more items on the menu. Read more
A better Osmow?s location than some of the other ones I have been to in the GTA area. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap and... asked them to cook the chicken for some extra time on the grill and they did. It made the wrap so much better. I went for themost spicy level and it had more vinegar than spice. I suggest you look into your hot sauces. The staff is courteous but asmall suggestion to the Osmow?s central team. The student discount you are advertising is technically only for high schoolstudents (What I learned from your staff in this location). Please write that on the poster clearly. Read more

Can't go wrong with their "Chicken Shawarma on the Rocks" Man what generous portions of everything! My signature toppings when... I order is the turnups (amazing!!) hot sauce and of course the garlic and tahini. If I ever had a complaint it would be to makethe rice (rocks) a tad softer. Came in here at 12:10 and ordered a simple rice and chicken "box" in a virtually empty restaurant. Two people inside and they... already had their food. 12:35 and I'm still waiting for them to even start my order. I asked for a refund because my lunchtimeis literally over, no working person has 45 mins to wait for food that should take 10 to put together in an empty restaurant. Ispecified at the cash that I didn't want sauce or dressing on anything and they literally made it twice with sauce the firsttime and dressing on the second failed attempt. At this point I'm done. Got a refund and never going back. Very slow with nocommunication between them. Read more
