I?ve been going to pita land for years, specifically the Vaughan locations, and have always loved it. Tried the one in liberty... village today and it was probably one of the worst meals I?ve ever had. The meat had no flavour and was doused in sauce likelyto cover up the fact that they downgraded to a lower quality meat (very noticeable). Overall very bland and will not be goinghere again. Ive been coming to pita land for a couple of years now? at the beginning, the staff were always super slow.. it would take about... 20 minutes to get something (maybe a few customers in the store). I then tried ordering from Skip the Dishes for a pick up, Iwaited an HOUR before picking up (had confirmation that it was ready for pick up) and the staff did not even START! I had towait another 15 minutes. What?s the point of ordering ahead of time? She didn?t even apologize. The next time I went, they wereclosed around 12pm? The doors were open, everything was there but no one was inside for about 10 minutes until a staff came fromoutside and told me to wait and she could help me. Why is there only one person working? And closed during lunch hour? Iavoided this place for a few months, and tried to give it another shot. I got very sick after I ate their chicken shawarma. This place has great potential! The food is quite tasty which is why I have given it the 3 stars. However the day we visited. ... there was a strong off putting smell in the place, like cat urine. Great food at a decent price- however this place was incredibly understaffed. Came by on Saturday (three large events were... happening at the CNE/Ontario place) and experienced about 10-15 people in line while two workers struggled to keep up with inperson and uber eats orders. Management should definitely work on having appropriate staff on hand for busy days - felt sohorrible for the two visibly overworked servers. Ended up being served after a 40min wait in line. Groups of customers came inand left multiple times due to to wait time. When I was served, the customer service was amazing though. Kudos to those twoworking for keeping up with the crowd. Read more

Absolutely disgusting and overpriced. I ordered the pita box chicken and fries. Food was gross as the chicken was undercooked.... The fries had no flavour. They barely put any garlic sauce. They fill the box with fries and no chicken. This is not right.Customers are paying $15.00 for this. Read more
