This used to be my go-to pizza place. But sadly it has been going downhill steadily over the past few years. I ordered an xl... pepperoni pizza and it came half cooked and not fully cut. I had to finish cooking it in my oven at home. They also charged mefor a marinara sauce which I did not order or receive. Last few times they messed up our order as well, and even gave our pizzaaway one time when we came to pick it up. Had to wait for another one. Read more

I ordered for pick up through the website. When I arrived at the store at the time the pizza was to be ready, my order was not... ready and the staff was very rude and ignored me. I had to ask if anyone could help me with the pick up. Eventually, they helpedme cash out and pickup my order. Then I got home and realized the toppings I ordered were not all included on the pizza, and thedrinks I ordered were also left out. I am a frequent visitor of pizzaiolo but will not be back to this location due to poorcustomer service and giving out wrong/incomplete orders. Read more
