Pizza as always is great. Staff are quite happy and friendly. However on our first in store visit, the store was not very clean.... Pepperoni on the floor by the ovens, not one table was clean. I cleaned one myself. The silver garbage bin that holds napkinshad a half coke on it that had been there some time. Napkin dispenser had sauce on the side. Read more
Messed up my order again, asked for extra ricotta and they didn't put extra, same thing happened today only to be asked to wait... for remake and got home to find out still just regular ricotta. I have no problem paying for extra but when I get home andnobody cares to eat it as is again, it it upsetting. Guess I will go to other location at St clair and dufferin, at least I getwhat I order. Terrible customer service - patrons beware! I was double charged for a pizza order on Canada Day. I had called ahead and... prepaid with a credit card and then charged again on another family member's credit card upon delivery at the door. I have sincebeen calling to have this rectified and each time I am being given the run around of excuses starting with "they have no recordof this". Really? With technology being what it is today, a business cannot see that there are two identical pizza chargesbeing delivered to the same address on the same day????? When proof on credit card(s) was provided, again I was told "the ownerhad to look into this matter" and then told a "wait time of 5 days" was necessary. It has now been 3 weeks from the time oforder and still no reimbursement. An ethical business owner would have apologized for the error and immediately reversed thecharges. I wish I could give this establishment a ZERO star on principle alone! Read more
It was a different and amazing experience visiting this pizza store and if you are bored with the standard and normal pizzas at... nearby stores then make sure to check this out they have variety of options available and I tried Honey heat. I would recommendto visit and try. Read more

This is my go to pizza place but perhaps the last time tonight. Terrible experience tonight. It seems like there may be new... management. I called in a take out order. I was told 15-20 mins. I get there in 25 mins and walk in and am told my pizzas aregoing to take 10-15 mins more......because they didn't start making it yet. Instead of apologizing, I was given an excuse thatit was busy. I don't buy it. If it was busy, don't tell me it'd be ready in 15-20mins. Anyway, I proceed to wait; meanwhile,another customer comes in - SAME PROBLEM FOR HIM!!!! Just to be safe, I ask another person (presumably the owner) if he couldplease check to make sure my pizzas were being made. He asked for my name and some shuffling later, he found my 3 pizzas INSIDEanother oven being kept warm! Well guess what? I didn't think anything of it but when I got home, to my disappointment thepizza was all dried out. Of course, it was cooking inside an oven while I unknowingly sat there waiting.
