Tried their food truck while working a festival in Toronto from a recommendation from a coworker. Some of the best tacos I?ve... had in city. I was so impressed because I?m very particular about tacos and these ones blew me away. I tried the Brisket and themeat was so tender and flavourful and the ingredients were so fresh. I used to frequent Rancho often, tacos were 10$/3tacos great deal, but they've adjusted their menu and price and it's just not... the same. Now 12$/3tacos and 0.50cents extra for brisket(never used to be that way) anyway I get the inflation costs but thetaste just isn't the same. Very salty, and greasy. And the fish is more batter than fish, which used to be my go to. I guessit's good if you don't have pre Rancho experience. Read more

Rancho Relaxo brought their taco truck to cater a birthday party for us in late October at the Legion on Lakeshore. We had ~115... guests of all ages and they all loved it. Rancho Relaxo brought various taco options along with some more traditional fare(sliders, chicken skewers and mac&cheese balls from their sister company Blazing Kitchen caterers). Before packing up theybrought out a late night snack of poutine and churros. The food was excellent! The staff on site were professional, relaxed andfriendly. Leading up to the event we dealt with Cassandra who was easy to deal with and offered up great suggestions andoptions. We ultimately set it up so the food was brought in and served buffet style instead of through the truck window, whichworked really well for us. We were very happy with the whole experience. Read more
