The first time I ordered a hot chocolate and they were out of whipped cream, which was probably just my bad luck. So the second... time I ordered a cold drink and asked for MINIMAL ice (because shops tend to still give me a lot of ice when I just ask for lessice). When you order a light ice or no ice drink, they wont fill it to the top. It's a really cheap tactic to be honest, I wont be... ordering their iced drinks again. Even starbucks will fill the cup to the brim if you ask for a light ice or no ice beverage. Read more
I decided to try one of their lattes here and took it home. After my meeting, I opened the lid and the cup was only half full.... I'm guessing 50% of the cup was filled with foam because I didn't even take a sip. Pretty disappointed and annoyed that I had towalk all the way back to get it fixed. I arrived and told the girl with brown hair that my drink was half full. She looked at melike I did something to it and the first thing she asked me was,"Why would you take so long to come here now when we made youthis drink like half an hour ago?" I was shocked that she even asked such a ridiculous question. I have a job and I didn'trealize until after my meeting - people get busy, and the walk is also a pretty far distance. Then another asian girl took turninterrogating me, with questions like, "I remember filling it up fully, did you take a sip?" Seriously, be professional andjust fill the cup up - why even argue with the customer about something that takes a minute to correct? Anyway, 5 minutes afterarguing it was finally made. Turned out the same, 50% foam. I clearly didn't drink the first one. I get lattes all the time andthis was excessive. The asian girl ended up adding more milk for me. At the end, I told the other brown haired girl that sheshouldn't be arguing and accusing a customer like that it's really unprofessional. She ended up talking back saying, "Well youshouldn't be rude to your employer. You can take it up with my manager if you want to." And walked away. Never coming back hereagain. Read more
