Stelvio had great and authentic Italian food! The pork cutlet was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside! My favourite... dish was the gnocchi, absolutely delicious! The sauce was creamy, and the pasta was soft and flavourful. And for dessert, thetiramisu was perfection and the apple crisp was a delight. Read more
The food was brilliant. I went there specifically to have the Orecchia D'Elefante and I was not disappointed. I?d definitely... have it again. This was a disappointing experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful but very dark, we had to request candles for the table... because we were having to use our phones as flashlights. The service was okay, a little on the slow and disinterested side butthe biggest problem was definitely the food. The salt level was almost inedible. I ordered the risotto tartufo and although itdid have speck in it which is obviously a salty meat, it was like salt had been added. It really ruined a beautiful truffledish. The standard for this sort of food is very high in Toronto so I recommend looking elsewhere. Read more
