I have not ordered subway for a while so I did not keep up with the changes of price. But that does not give staff for charge... extra for any reason. I ordered a foot long meatball the price should be 8.99+tax which comes to 10.17. But I got charged with11.18 out of nowhere. Claim that no combo or drink just the foot long sandwich. Very Bad experience. I visited this subway on 06 November 2022 at 1600 hrs the staff was really rude and didn?t made anything as... asked. I ordered for signature rice wrap she just made normal wrap with extreme quantity of sauces upon billing she charged me14.99 for 8.99 order and asking the reason she told for the extra meat which I didn?t ordered when I was just about to pay shethrew away the wrap and said ?I am not selling it to you? it was really a worst subway experience I ever had. It was really disappointing experience today i came around 1 pm in the store and the lady working in the store was ignoring the... customers and hide herself in the kitchen and was pretending to be working there and I waited for atleast 10 minutes there sothat she will come and take my order but she kept standing at the back and when I called her to take my order she was super rudeand making weird faces and giving looks . Waited 5 minutes at the front as there was no one at the counter. When the lady finally walked up after I called out twice, she... looked like she hated her job/life. No smiles - no acknowledgement. I requested 'lightly toasted' bread, but instead gothard/burnt bread. The vegetables tasted stale, and the meat had a smell to it. AVOID THIS LOCATION. I visited Subway for lunch while in Toronto. It was pretty empty when I went in, a couple of customers in front of me. I needed... to use the washroom which needed cleaning and restocking. The door was broken on one washroom and the other stall had no toiletpaper. The washroom was limited to, one dryer as well and the other needed repair. I went out, ordered a cold cut sandwich anddrink, sat down and are, it wasn't too crowded. The sandwich was fresh, made the way I wanted it and was a fulfilling meal.
