Gave 5 stars for the whole experience. The food itself is not too spicy, meaning strongly seasoned like most Indian places we've... gone to, so for us more on the mild side. BUT, they're great regardless. Surprisingly we like the naan and aloo paratha verymuch ???? Friendly service and ambient was on point. Awful service for our dine-in experience on 08/27 evening. For a table of 4 people we ordered set of appetizers, drinks and... mains. We were told the appetizers would take 20-25min, but was served after 50-55min, all while we saw several other othersserved for delivery pickup and other tables served who arrived and placed ordered after us. Don’t think it was the items weordered, as table next to us got similar items to what we ordered before us. My sense is this Indian restaurant deprioritizesIndian customers and treat them as 2nd class citizens in terms of service. I am a regular 20% tipper at most places, but Iguess our reputation precedes us and assuming certain people won’t tip, they are not served as you would usually expect. Uponcomplaining promptly while taking care of my bill, the server acknowledged that “we are busy” and bypassed the tip option onthe machine even before I reached my hand for the machine. Prejudice much? Owners should reconsider their staff at therestaurant, probably some DEI training, and maybe consider treating all dine-in restaurants equally and not based thesejudgements. Food has it highs and low, Navratan Korma was way too sweet with frozen veggies thrown into the gravy. I liked theboti kebab and the lamb tikka masala (The reason why this isn’t a 1-star review). Tadka is Sizzling with flavor oh the spices without the spicy so good. The "Tandoori Wings" is a must The staff is professional... & kind left a reserved table without me asking 4 a reservation.
