I went to this location as I often do on my way up to my office for work. I decided to try the Maple Bacon BLT bagel on an... Everything bagel. I took the combo with a hashbrown, a Raisin Bran muffin and a London Fog. I received my order. Everything wasgreat until I got to my office to drink my London Fog tea and it was not full (see attached photos). I was quite upset because Ialways get a good size amount of tea especially for London Fog from other Tim's locations with no issue. I felt cheated. I am atea collector and love a variety of teas from around the world and for a huge organization like Tim Hortons to not train theirstaff to pour the accurate amount of tea for a customer order is beyond not satisfying. I felt slighted. I am from Hamilton,Ontario where the original Tim Hortons first opened not to far down the street from my Grandmother's old house off Cannon andOttawa Street in Hamilton area. I feel the company does not regard the faithful Canadian customers that have supported thisorganization from its inception by Tim Horton and Jim Charade in 1964. As a born and raised Hamiltonian who has loved TimHortons as a child to adulthood and with a sense of pride as being a Canadian from the city where the franchise was started, what I experienced today made me feel very sad. I just feel like franchise owners of Tim Hortons site do not value theircustomers nowadays. If I go home to visit family in Hamilton, guaranteed I visit one of the many Timmies in the city to talk, have a coffee with treats and we always feel at home at our Tim's shop. Here in Toronto, it's like no one cares, get in, get outattitude with poor customer service is to be tolerated. As a person who reviews restaurants and other shops for Google, I thinkthis was my worst experience to date. Please do not conflate my notes as I have worked in the food industry here in Ontariobefore and have worked in Customer Service work for over 20 years now but this took the cake. All I can say is wow. Read more

Maybe the slowest Tim Hortons ever. Just seems so in organized. Never been here where the service has been decent.

This is the second time I asked for a double toasted bagel and still got a single, barely toasted bagel. I saw the kid toast it... once, and try to tell me two times that the bagel was double toasted. Buddy I get it that you don't want to spend an extra 5seconds, but don't gaslight me twice point blank after I stared at you make it. Read more

Usual Horton's: humorless staff (underpaid to be sure), cloying sugary everything. Ok if you just need a pee.
