False advertising. On the ad there was a pumpkin spice latte with a cream on top, so I asked for it, and the guy asked whether I... want a cold or hot, so I said cold. Then they gave me something, which is just a coffee with ice, and the guy said that it'swithout a cream because it is only for hot latte.
