Quality food, lots of exclusive items only available at this specific location! I was startled by all the interesting things... that are not offered at any other Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in locating thebathrooms as well as offering suggestions to the menu on new and exciting products everyone should try atleast once. This is the most disgusting Tim Hortons I've ever been in. Granted it's the only one I've ever been in, in Toronto. The... bathrooms look like they've been ignored for a very long time. The soap dispenser is completely broken and there's no soap orhand sanitizer available. It looks like someone walked all over every inch with muddy boots, especially the sink. The toilet iscovered in... Liquids. I was scared there wouldn't even be toilet paper. It smells horrendous (not just the bathroom, the wholeplace) they don't have any prep area so the food options are limited based on what was prepared off site and delivered each day.I will say the staff were friendly, and I can't imagine what they must have to deal with, but they need some serious cleaningdone. I can not believe the person who prepared my order! How come he/ she didn?t see that my croissant is burnt and black? This is... disgusting and you guys have to value your customers more. Today you don?t even deserve one star. Read more
Very impressed with this Tim?s! It was very clean, the staff were so friendly and quick too! It honestly seemed like a very high... end cafe and was so warm and welcoming!
