Today, July 11 @ 9pm I placed an order of 8pc chicken and the lady manning the cashier didn?t issue an official receipt. When I... inquired, she said their cashier machine is broken and was angry when I reminded her that it?s illegal to conduct business in CAwithout issuing a receipt.
