On point for the most part and very friendly staff.
I really like these subs! Made fresh, tastes great. Staff was slow and disorganized. You order then stand back until they call... you to finish making your sandwich. Not sure if you should pay, then go back, or just wait. Usually its a smooth, moving line inone direction. But the food is always satisfying and worth the wait! Read more
Ordered a tuna sub that took a long time to get. Surprise it?s turned into some kind of cheese steak, kinda. Caught someone?s... attention and they did offer to make the tuna. Since I was short in time I opted to try to eat what they had given me. Thatwas a mistake ( poor quality meat smothered in some kind of processed cheese along with the items I had ordered for the tuna).Not good. Went to the register and spoke to the young man there, I thought he was going to get a manager but no l was leftstanding there for about 20 minutes until a young lady tired to help. I did finally settle for them making a very skimpy tunasandwich. Bottom line. They make mediocre to not so good sandwiches and their customer service is nonexistent.
