A friend brought me to Truxton's American Bistro, located in the Hillside Village Shopping Center for a late lunch. Their menu... has a well balanced mix of dishes to satisfy any appetite. I ordered one of their Favorite items on their Menu, the Sweet &Spicy Shrimp Tacos which is served with corn and poblano brown rice and black beans or your choice of a side. I chose their sideof Sweet potato Fries. I loved it! The slaw on top was refreshing and delicious and their shrimp was seasoned in a perfectharmony of sweet and spicy. Truxton is one of those rare gems you find when looking for a brunch spot. It?s hard to find a place where every single thing... you get served has care and effort shining.
