I purchased a peppermint mocha venti and it was supposed to be hot. Instead, it was cold. The barista did not offer me a new... drink. Instead, she took the cup that I sipped from, put the mocha into a small pot, and heated it up again. Very unsanitary.Waste of money. Read more
