I am appalled at the exaggerated bad reviews and suspect them to be malicious slander from competitive businesses or something.... This is my regular go to for lunch and dinner and the food is exceptionally fresh and high-quality each time. I live in the cityand before living in UWS I lived in Flushing Queens and have a very high standard for Asian cuisine and I am so thankful to havefound my favorite spot in New Jersey. You can?t go wrong with any of the bento box lunch combinations the salad is super freshand delicious with the perfect house sesame ginger dressing, the entrées are not oily and don?t taste like it came from abuffet table. Even the miso is perfect the seaweed is fresh and nothing is overly salty. Everything is fresh to order & thefamily business actually sincerely care about each and every dish they prepare. The delivery person goes out of his way toaccommodate what I need for my office and I?m so thankful. I wish I had photos to both but the food is so delicious I scarf itdown before getting the chance to seriously thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job if you are reading this andwondering where to eat look no further you will not be disappointed I promise. The FU in the name has meaning behind it. Because every single time we call there to order, we get attitude from the lady that... picks up. Very nasty and hangs up on you and assumes you?re done. I had to stop in there and ream the girl out because she gotnasty with my elderly mother. I asked when the manager was going to be in next and she gave me a disturbed/blank stare tellingme that she didn?t know. I didn?t buy it. She knew it, they all knew it. Used to spend 70/80 dollars per order only to getspoken to in a nasty way. Unacceptable. This happened 10 times already. The Jomphen Family may still own this place. This is the worst sushi place i've ever eaten at. The tables were gross and sticky, the language barrier caused the waiter to... mess up our order twice. We asked nicely to have it switched out for the regular sushi rolls we ordered. At this point themanager was annoyed that we switched it twice at no fault of our own. Did not fix it and then charged us full price. This is anawful business with even worse sushi. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Read more
ordered via grubhub. my driver left a few voicemails saying that my food was here, went outside to get it and he brought it to... me and complained that i didn?t tip then left rudely. and then a few minutes later i received a call from the restaurantcomplaining that i didn?t tip my driver, even though it?s optional and not obligated to do other than pay the bill. the way iwas spoken to by my driver and the person on the phone was extremely unprofessional and not courteous at all. do you seriouslyget anything out of nagging your customers to tip? the only thing it does is turn people away from your business. come on. inthe end, the food did come earlier than expected, but my friend said it wasn?t all that good anyways.
