The food was delicious! I ordered the Vermonter. I like my egg yokes dry and they were perfect. Bacon was perfectly cooked, not... soft or overly crispy. And the pancakes- I don't know what they put in the pancake batter but they were the most delicioustasting pancakes I've ever eaten. Light and fluffy with a light crisp on the outside. Very nice place. I typically get the Irish Benedict, which is amazing, but I snagged a picture of the Breakfast Burrito. It's... also good. The pancakes and French toast are good, I've had them before. The staff are prompt and the food comes fairlyquickly. Overall a great experience including the taste of the food, the service provided, cleanliness, and the feel of theatmosphere. My husband and I hadn?t been here in about 9 years because the last time we had gone we weren?t impressed. We went yesterday... morning for Father?s Day with my brother, dad and our kids and it was amazing! The home fries were probably my favorite homefries I?ve had in a long time. Just left here - all was good until I found a hair in my hash browns. There was no way it could have been mine or my fiance's. I... pointed it out to the waitress, and she wasn't the least bit apologetic nor were we offered any sort of discount on the bill.She immediately took the plate and pretended it didn't happen. She did offer more, but I did not want more hairy potatoes. Ididn't yell or make a scene or anything because these things happen sometimes, but it's disappointing that there was no apologywhatsoever.
