Atmosphere and service were impeccable. I had very high expectations for the food but unfortunately found it to be just good.... Our table shared the octopus app which was a little rubbery but good. We also shared oysters which were very good except for onewith a broken shell that left shards of shell on the oyster. I had the hanger steak which was cooked perfectly but slightlyunder seasoned IMO. The rest of my table enjoyed their meals as well. I don't know if new owners or new management. Wanted to see the hall for a party but apparently the banquet manager was away and... takes the calendar and price list with her when she goes. Owners/managers don't have access to any info. Was told I'd haveto email the banquet manager and find out if the date is available and the pricing. When I asked why they couldn't do that sinceI'm the customer, "the owner" told me he doesn't think that he wants to host our party. If he keeps this up - I doubt he'll behosting too many parties!
