We receive the worst service that you could imagine from the young lady that was working at this Burger King at the Towson town... center mall. She was working alone and there was a line of people waiting to order and also to receive their orders. We waitedover 30 minutes to get our order and the food was cold. I asked her could we please have fresh hot food she told me to wait Iwaited 20 minutes while she waited on other customers and refused to give me fresh hot food. She was very disrespectful andindignant. She claimed that she would give me a refund after waiting another 20 minutes. This location is terrible. I love onion rings and order them but I?d get rung up for fries EVERY time. I know new employees come... in and out but they have a onion ring button and there is no excuse for this to happen each time. Also I was accused of throwingfries when I clearly did not. The fries were neatly in the box. Just because I was a bit aggravated it doesn?t mean I should beaccused of stuff and I was not being violent or using language. I am still a customer.
