Usually order ahead and drop just to grab my order since I live next door. Every single time my order is sitting somewhere out... of reach and I have to wait 10 minutes before anyone even looks at me to greet me and hand me my order. Today I literally had towalk in the kitchen and grab it. Add to my frustration the brown rice was super undercooked, and half the items I requested weremissing in the bowl. Extremely disappointed at this location. No wonder they are always empty. Can?t even have any sense ofurgency to provide decent customer service when there are no people in the restaurant. Read more
