Placed an order online for pickup with my family yesterday. I ordered the Turkey bravo as I?m familiar with this sandwich. The... sandwich I received was not appetizing or aesthetically pleasing. Read more
Husband ordered rapid pickup for us and I later learned that he had a bad experience in the restaurant. He was assumed to be a... delivery driver so when our food and drinks weren't ready and he waited near the shelf employees took a long time to come tohim. His food had been sitting there the entire time next to delivery orders. He came home and our sandwiches also looked likethey literally hadn't been pressed on a grill at all. I didn't realize until after I had picked through my sandwich because thebread was so dense. I was literally able to simply take the bread off, but of course after his in store experience he didn'twant to return and I couldn't blame him????. He works as a driver for the food delivery apps and has been here before anddidn't like the treatment but this time their poor treatment of customers even transfered to us as paying patrons. This is themain reason we haven't been here in years after we used to be quite frequent regulars. We won't be patronizing this place againand will be sure to tell the people who ask our honest opinion to avoid this place especially for delivery or rapid pickup. Read more
We ordered two different meals for pick up one being a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon/steak and chicken noodle soup when we... got home to check out the order my soup was literally 98 percent broth and 2 percent noodles and chicken and the grilled cheesesandwich did not come with the bacon. We called and the manager might have thought she was accommodating us but in reality justbrushed us off. With a situation like this it would be best give the customer the option of remaking or refunding. She just saidshe?ll give us a refund and talk to the staff. I seen how she speaks to them in person which is probably why they?re burnt outand making orders wrong. With that said, we won?t be coming here again. Read more
The problem with this place continues to be the service. I decided today to actually go in and place an order instead of on the... app. It wasn't too crowded yet it took forever to get my order. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. This is how one was given tome. What you can't see is all the grease that was on top of the bread and the container. The eggs and the avocado were fallingout. This isn't my first time ordering their new sandwich so I know how it's supposed to look. Then I had to also wait for acold brew since the person making drinks thought it was more important to talk with his coworkers instead of making a drink thattakes no more than 3 minutes. I don't know what to say about this place anymore. I'm just going to stick with the Timoniumlocation or just order from the app. Mobile orders seem to be given priority. Read more

The workers should know all the ingredients that go in every dish I was told there was no cilantro in any of the bowls and... there's cilantro lime rice on all of there's no other option. It is in the description on the menu. And the spicy take chickensandwich was just an elevated attempt over McDonald's your chicken is not spicy you did not even cook it in any type of sauceyou added sauce after the fact on top of the sandwich. If you're gonna call it a spicy chicken sandwich make sure the chicken isspicy Wendy's is still number one. Read more
