I never felt so disappointed at in-n-out. I order a hamburger with no tomatoes got meat and lettuce plus fries and cheeseburger... and small drink, the fries had no flavor just plain and dry. I told the cashier put the order to go, but the cashier put it todine in, the cashier charge me a small cup as a big cup. The cashier mest up and another order while I was there give a ladyextra cup for free because he mest up her order. He look so out of place lost. The food taste it plain no salt ???? the breadtaste it different not sure if in-n-out change there burger buns. I been going to in-n-out for almost 20 years, not sure if theyhad new people working there at the time I went.it hurt putting a review because in-n-out is really good place to eat, if yourgoing to this in-n-out go at dinner time they actually give you fresh food and food taste better I think because they actuallyused salt, and care about the food quality, I went around 2:07pm I really believe that cashier who took my order need moretraining. Prime example of how you should run a fast food restaurant! - super clean - well organized - all staff, presentable and with a... great attitude - there was more than 8 workers there, all in task and getting the orders out as fast as possible. - food wasdelicious "AS ALWAYS " Overall, great experience. This is place is a machine - no matter when I go I have to wait and they move you through fast. The people that work here are... awesome - they are always on point. They always get the order right, the food is always great. This is the model of how all fastfood chains should work! Simple menu - high quality - great service. I drive past 3 McDonald's, Burger King, Carl's Jr, Jack inthe Box to get to this location and never have once regretted it. The only dream I have is that they start making a chickensandwich at the quality of the rest of the food they offer. The potatoes are real - meat real - buns seem very real so unlikeMcDonald's.
