New favorite place in TC! Farm fresh goodness; all natural and everything that I have eaten here was so delicious. Bunch of... nature loving, happy people who work here. Fresh cut flowers, and peaceful ambiance. The red beet/watermelon/mint salad is todie for. I loved the falafel sandwich. Big bean and kale salad was amazing. Recommending this place to everyone!!!! Thoroughly impressive! Don?t miss this place. This restaurant is on par with the best pasta places in major U.S. cities. If you... like pastas from Eataly, don?t miss this spot. Same quality but 1/2 the price too. Home made pastas and sauces, impressive! Wetried 3 pasta dishes (forgot the photo of the shell pasta) and all were superb. We chatted with the owner and learned that shelived in Italy for 20years. No wonder. Authentic quality like this always has a connection to the original source. If you thinkpastas are the only things served here, you?ll be thrilled to know that the sandwiches are incredible too. The brisket sandwichhad flavorful melting brisket with nice aioli. What can I say, everything was fresh and clean tasting- clean as in wholesomefresh food and with a lot of flavor. You can see the open kitchen. Salt level was perfect. Pasta texture was spot on.
