Staff was friendly and attentive. I had brisket and the bacon cheddar sausage with Cole slaw, Mac n cheese and cornbread. The... Cole slaw and Mac n cheese were both good. The brisket was more equatable to roast beef and the sausage tasted like it wasrewarmed from a couple days ago. The cornbread was very sweet and more like a shortbread than a true cornbread. So good! We love Sparks BBQ! They catered our wedding last year and did a fantastic job, the food was delicious and well... prepared plus everyone loved it and continues to talk about it. We went here on a Friday night and the place was dead- we quickly discovered why. We paid $90 for two drinks, a very small app,... and two dinners. I would say 80% of the food we ate was store-bought/from a can. Very low quality. The only reason I gave twostars instead one was because of our waitress- she did a great job and was very friendly.
