Second time in a row poor to absent service. I would comment on the food I enjoyed. Unfortunately, none of the staff care to... take a meal order from me. When I first sat with the group I was with, they did ask if I wanted coffee, brought it, and thendisappeared until they brought the rest of the groups bill. Read more
I ordered two meals to go and when I got home I noticed that the meals I received were not what I ordered, I called to see if I... could get the proper meals made and she told me I was wrong and that was what I ordered (I don't eat meat and she told me Iordered bacon on my sandwich) I asked for a refund and she told me she would have the manager call me. So disappointed in today's experience. The only person who knew what was going on was running around and trying. The cook... staff put our ticket off and 5 tables were served before us. With the new owners things just are not the same and we won't beback. Been eating at sparkys for years! Just sad! Read more
Not a local, on lunch during a business trip. But they served me a burger fast and hot. Service was great, as was the food. Had... a burger with cheddar, mushrooms, and grilled onions, and some fries. Delicious. Read more
