Watching this employee make sandwiches. Literally took 15 minutes to make 1 sandwich. I understand it's hard to find employees.... But the management here really needs to step up and help out. Every other subway I've been to always has two employees working. Read more

Took forever to get two sandwiches and couldn't get what we wanted as they were out of everything, bread soggy, oit of mayo, ... ranch ect. two workers blaming everyone else for stuff being out. One lady told us to have patience as we waited almost an hourfor 2 sandwiches. Management needs to be address for sure. Won't come back. Read more

Stopped for lunch and had hoped to eat inside but after waiting almost 45 min. Ordered and left....I do not blame employee... however, but the owner as well as manager...the employee, an older women whom shared her name, recently had a stroke....she wasworking alone...lines long but she worked with precise and efficiency, even though her movement slow...frustrated and apologeticthat 1/2 of the ingredients ran out yet no one there to replace them for her....her toothless smile made me feel bad for her asshe genuinely was doing her best alone....I'm angry at her manager for not being there, not concerned enough for her well beingand the owner for not being aware of how understaffed they are, the shortage of multiple ingredients to complete the advertisedsandwiches and not recognizing a hardworking employee who was doing her best....this employee deserves a raise and an apology. DON'T EAT HERE. Don't apply to work here. I'm not going to blame the ONLY employee that was working because I found out she... recently HAD A STROKE. Her manager put her on the shift alone without any supplies (they were out of most ingredients) andmultiple sinks full of dishes to wash on her own. I felt terrible for this poor woman as it was clear she had little experienceand couldn't physically keep up with the demand. The manager should have been in there themselves if they were having problemswith finding employees. The manager needs to be fired and the owner shouldn't be allowed to run a franchise. Go to the nextSubway down the road and let this place run itself into the ground. I just hope the employee that helped us finds a better jobwith more competent management. Read more

I never leave bad reviews as I work in the food industry and understand the struggle but oh my lord. You can?t have only one... person on the shift when they have no idea what they?re doing. 5 sandwiches should not take an hour to make. This wholeinteraction was uncomfortable and ridiculous. I know we?re all short staffed but Jesus. Please help out your employees so theservice is at least bearable. The worst fast food experience we?ve ever had. Read more
