When this place was Bagels and Beyond it was good. The coffee was bad and they didn?t take cash but the service was good and the... bagels were good. Now it?s Bagel House and it?s awful. The bagels are still good but the service is absolutely terrible. I?vehad issues every time I?ve gone since the change. It looks like the only people working there are children and theres no realmanagement anywhere. I wouldn?t recommend it. I tried this place again after not going there for almost 9 months. It?s still amess. My wife ordered chicken salad on a bagel with lettuce tomato and onion and the staff just didn?t put the lettuce tomato oronion on. I truly wish this place was never sold. Read more
Gone are the days of consistent quality of food and service. Bagels and Beyond used to have a line out of the door and run out... of bagels in certain days. They were quick with it too, that line was always moving. This place now is always empty, wonder why?Don't bother asking for your bacon (whatver else you want) well done, they make it how they want to and you are left to dealwith it. They take credit cards now but there is an added charge to use it. They're slow and unorganized, I've been in store andwaited almost a half hour for my food and it was sitting, ready, in the heater behind counter. They even checked and said itwasn't ready, what a joke. Go elsewhere! Read more
