I had a great experience here. I was sent out to buy an ice cream cake. Unsure where to go I went to this Carvel and, after... looking at the cakes in the display case, I asked young man for help. He was great and the young woman who followed up and wroteon the cake was also great. The cake was a big success! Read more

I just went in this place and it is FILTHY in there. The case which the Ice cream is kept in is EXTREMELY DIRTY. There is so... much dirt, smear and even ice cream on the outside of the glass. Even the floor is filthy with napkins, plastic utensils and thecarpet looks as though it hasn't been vacuumed in weeks. Yes, I got ice cream which is delicious but my stomach felt sickbecause all I could think of was the dirt. It is so dirty I wanted to take pictures to post them with this review. I don't knowwhat kept my tongue from saying anything. Whomever managing this location must not care at all about cleanliness. Read more
