I?ve been a longtime customer at this location. Sometimes I have ordered here weekly. I placed an order through the app for... something they no longer had. No one made me aware of this. They just took it upon themselves to substitute and fill the orderthen charge me the price for the originally ordered item. The first person I talked to hung up on me. The second person deniedbeing able to help bc he claimed that it wasn?t his problem to address app mistakes bc ?he runs a business not an app?. Bothwere very rude, did not listen, and talked over me for the duration of the phone call. No customer service or problem solvingskills at all. They didn?t even ask me what I wanted. Just defensiveness. They will never get a penny more out of me. I?ve beencoming there for years and the management staff (other staff is great) doesn?t greet you, smile, make small talk, or attempt tobe friendly so this was just the icing on the cake. Read more
Went here about a year ago and ordered again today. The quality has gone way downhill and they have cutback the portion sizes... but still charge the same. Two tacos here equate to one medium taco from other Mexican restaurants. Read more
