Ordered the 30 piece wings tonight direct through their website. Price was $21.95. Paid $24 on website with tax and tip. Upon... arrival they said they haven?t updated prices on their website and I needed to pay a total of almost $37.00 and to give them thedifference in cash. When I said that?s outrageous and I?m not paying that, the guy said just give me $6 cash then. I said no,that it?s bad business practices and extremely unprofessional. I left without my food, which I already paid for. I checked theslice app while standing there and the same order totaled $27.00. I showed him that and he just shrugged. I've been ordering from here (when it was Johnny G's) for a long time but it has gone down! I won't be ordering from here... again. Tuesday it took over 2 hours for my food to arrive (it arrived cold and soggy). Thought it was a bad night and orderedagain on Thursday (they forgot one of our sandwiches and fries - they delivered it about 9:20 p.m. - original order placed at7:15). We ordered tonight. We have ordered in the past and it was good. Tonight it was horrible! I ordered a salad with mozzarella... cheese. Instead of hunks they took shredded mozzarella and tried to press it into chunks. Fingerprints and all. Unbelievable! Ugh. It was disgusting! Read more
