Have enjoyed dinners here many times in the past. Last night, I ordered a regular size dinner salad with added shrimp. The... majority of lettuce was arugula, bitter & unruly to eat. Came dressed with oil & vinegar; wasn?t asked if I?d prefer blue cheesedressing, which I would have chosen. Basically took it home, make shrimp sandwich today & throw out lettuce. Able to eat inside during the pandemic and the food is among the best in the area. Of course the view is world-class, but... everyone knows that. The food was fine. Took 1 hr for our entree. Server did not communicate. Other staff, seemed, like bartender, maybe, SHE was a... manager, did not care, was rude and with attitide, excuses. Will be trying other LOCAL fare next. Skip this place unless you aredesperate for ocean views. Mixed "sunset marti" was gross. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere. Read more

We love good steaks! The ribeye is very good here. The atmosphere is probably the best in Humboldt County. The service is good... and the people are friendly. This is a good husband wife getaway for a fine dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant. I liketo get everything from appetizers to the deserts.
