Waiting in drive thru for 25 minutes( after ordering) and when we recieved our food the order was wrong and the cheese on my... number 1 was crusty as hell like that burger patty and cheese had been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. I am not a confrontational kind of person, and I honestly try my best to see the good side of people. But nearly every time I... hear anything about this sonic restaurant it's something bad. And it's been that way for five years. From the COVID problemsthey've had. Being shut down a few times because they won't do what they know will keep their employees and customershealthy. And now serving food that nearly makes me sick to my stomach. Why are the tater tots green and smell and taste likethey're seven WEEKS old. Why would they serve room temperature food? Takes forever..worked there before..staff is very messy.
