Lots of alcohol options. Really cool atmosphere with lots of seating choices. The staff was fast and friendly when it came to checking on us. I enjoyed the options on tap, and our meals were really good. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
The service was fantastic! If you go, ask for David. We had ribs, pulled pork, the fried catfish and the blackened catfish. There was not a single thing we tried we didn?t love. The portions were fantastic (not fully pictured as I forgot to snap my pics before we tasted). This is definitely a place we would go back to if we stop in Trinidad again. #smokehouse #bbq #barbeque #catfish #trinidadcolorado #colorado #eatlocalco #visitcolorado
We ate here as we were passing through. We ate at the bar so we could get seated, eat, and get out quickly, because it?s obviously a hot spot !! The service was friendly and the gentlemen chefs were spot on with our orders. This restaurant can satisfy any person! My husband is all about ribs and beef, and I am not. I had the grilled salmon on a vinaigrette salad and OMG we were both so happy with our meals!! Don?t pass this place up if you are in Trinidad CO!!
Excellent brisket and pulled pork. Especially enjoyed the fried okra. The sauces were addicting! The hostess was very nice, helpful and friendly.
Will be a guarantee stop every time I'm going through town. This sandwich was perfect. Big juicy slices of brisket, and a great potato salad. Everyone working was friendly and my drink was always full.
Absolutely pleasantly surprised The food here is way more than just BBQ No one in our group even ordered BBQ and everything we ordered was absolutely amazing A must Go-To for sure is passing through Fast courteous service and cooked to perfection Wife had the Pastrami rueban(best she has ever had) with sweet potato fries. I had the broiled cajun catfish fillet with a baked potato, amazing to say the least our daughter had the Bacon chicken Avocado and she said she loved it. Nice laid back clean and gorgeous restaurant to visit. Right off the freeway so it has easy access and plenty of parking Highly recommend this Establishment
One of the few places open for dining in downtown Trinidad, and you could tell right away as you walked in the door! It was at capacity, a 30 minute wait for the rest of us walking in off the very cold street... so off to the bar I went. Sat right down, tipped my cap to the mounted White Buffalo directly above me...then Shane, my Barkeep, immediately introduced himself. Darn good start... BTW, the place has two floors, a downstairs area for dining, with it's own bar, a pool table, and a dart board! Very crowded, loud and festive! It was December 21st, so to be expected. I loved that there was a table, front and center, serving a family of about 14, and hearing all the banter and sarcasm between generations! How fun! I chose the slow cooked roast with gravy and carrots, mashed potatoes, brown gravy and coleslaw. For dessert, (home cooked), warm apple crisp pie, with vanilla bean ice cream, dripping with caramel! What a great comfort meal, tasty, hot and not salty! Loved that roast...almost as much as the apple crisp!
The pulled pork sandwich was good and not too much fat. I wish it was more Smokey. The fries were good. My husband had the bbq plate he enjoyed it but the portion was pretty small for the price. My husband was excited the salad was actually mixed greens!
One of the best reason to visit Trinidad is to experience Trinidad Smokehouse. We offer a great time for people everywhere and our food keeps people coming back for more.
