First of all, maybe don?t have a full size photo of an item with pricing on the drive through menu if you can?t order it. Was... told Delux cravings box could only be ordered on the app. So i went ahead and ordered it on the app while sitting in front ofthe order screen. Not that big a deal. But when I got home and opened it, the main item (the burrito) was missing. I was alittle snappy about the whole ?it?s only available online thing? because I didnt understand the concept Until they explainedthey didn?t have the ability to do the deal as it was no longer in their POS system, so I don?t know if they did it on purposeor were just incompetent but either way. I?m hungry. Tried to call 4 times, they answered the first time, I told them they leftan item out and was hung up on. Called 3x more times before giving up. Do not order on the app at this location! They do not understand how the app orders work I told them I had an app order got to... the window they tried to charge me for the guy behind me said no I have the app order, then they tried to give me the guy behindme order had to tell them a 3rd time no I have the app order. Then asked me to pull out front to wait. Waited out there for 15min and nothing went back in the drive thru and they said oh yeah we are still working on it when ALL the cars that wereoriginally behind me had gone through got their food and left! Beefy 5 layer burrito of despair and sadness.. not to mention that there is barely any interior fillings. Only 5 layers of... tortilla. Save yourself the money and depression this burrito takes and follow this recipe instead. Start by cooking therefried beans, ground beef, and nacho cheese. Lay out 6 squares of tin foil large enough to wrap the finished beefburritos. Wrap the tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 seconds at 50% power. Lay out 6 of the tortillas onthe ready tin foil. Spread nacho cheese over the the 6 tortillas then top them with the remaining tortillas and gently pressdown. Top the second tortilla with beans, ground beef, sour cream and cheddar cheese. Roll each burrito. Be careful not to letthe nacho cheese spill out. Wrap them in tin foil. Write the date on the tin foil and put them in the freezer. When you?reready to enjoy one of the burritos take it out of the freezer and remove it?s wrapping. Waited in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me that they ran out of food. Honestly Taco Bell is a whole has become the most... pathetic fast food chain I have ever encountered. It's not just one location at this point it's like all the locations have noability to pay their employees enough to actually care or stock their businesses well enough to support clientele.
