Tonight, I went through the drive-thru and accidentally pulled off without part of my order. When I called to let them know, the... guy that answered the phone was very rude: however, the young lady that took my order remembered me. She was very apologetic. Their customer service is horrible. I went in person to order a cake for my daughter birthday party Sunday. The girls took down... my name, number, what I wanted (including what I wanted it to say) which was a Oreo sheet cake and said there shouldn?t be anyproblems to get it by Sunday morning. I called to check to see if the girls had turned it in and they had not. Each worker thatgot on the phone did not have and customer service skills at all and then told me I would have to come this evening again toeven try to get my order taken. I asked why couldn?t they do it on the phone and the manager couldn?t give me a answer and wasquite rude. I will not be going back whatsoever. They lost my business for sure. Read more
