Although the doors are open don?t expect to dine in! The sign on door says the doors are open for carry out & mobile app pickup... only but the directs everyone thru the drive thru. We went to this store on a Sunday for family dinner. The door was open so we went in. We stood at the counter for a good bit... with no acknowledgement from the staff. We rarely go to KFC in Troy because of their very poor serviceand have arrived home several times without some items we ordered. Sure can?t get a WOW experience at this location.
