Door was locked open sign was lit up no one in sight within their operating hours
This was the worst experience I've ever had at any subway.. the two girls working were beyond rude... To me and to the younger... couple behind me. I tried to say well maybe their just overwhelmed and short staffed but they laughed and rolled their eyes thewhole time making the sandwichs while making smart comments. I even explained to the one girl that yes I wanted a little extrameat because I couldn't eat any of the add ONS. She looked disgusted and continued to laugh and be very rude about it. The othergirl even pretend to take the knife and stab the sandwich for whatever reason. When I finally got home to eat my sandwich itwasn't even edible I had to throw it away. I could go on about this experience but I'll just say if you are craving subway Iwould definitely recommend going to one of the other two in Troy.. I should have just walked out in the beginning.. I reallyhate being that person but you don't treat customers that way. It's like good customer service is a thing of the past.. Read more

No experience that?s the problem workers in the inside had the door locked then when people came out and my husband was standing... outside in the cold no one bothered to let him know that they weren?t taking orders till a manager came!!!
