I came here on a Tuesday night about an hour and a half before they closed. It wasn?t particularly busy but i waited about 35-40... minutes to get 2 smoothies and 2 wraps, as did the people in front of me and behind me. Giving 3 stars here trying to be fairbecause there was only 2 people on staff and I understand the logistical challenges of running any type of service orientedbusiness right now. My issue was not the wait, it was the overall unapologetic rudeness of one of the two employees. After wegot our food we didn?t get a ?sorry for the wait? or ?have a good night,? they simply set our bag on the counter and said?here?s your food.? People are certainly entitled to a bad day which I completely understand and empathize with, but this was aparticularly bad way to handle a controllable situation on behalf of the business. A customer in front of me went up to thecounter and claimed that she had waited over 30 minutes for a wrap and the employee responded saying ? we have a lot of orders,?full stop. An appropriate response would have been that ?we?re sorry for the wait and we will get your order out as fast aspossible.? I love beyond and will give this location another try but I would suggest having apology coupons at the ready if thisis a regular occurrence at this specific location. The price of the food may have been more acceptable if the staff seemed like they cared to be there. They did their jobs just... fine... But there was no joy or even a glimpse of positive energy. Read more
Absolute worst beyond juice I?ve ever experienced. If you order something ahead for a specified time expect to get it an hour or... more after the time you selected. This has happened every single time I?ve ordered from here. If you can?t handle more orders orit?s backed up then turn off online orders or something. Hire more staff to help because this is ridiculous at this point. Read more
Best tasting food I?ve eaten in Michigan. Options are very healthy. Personally, I got the huego fuego and chicken Cesar salad... and it was some of the best food I?ve had in a while. Staff were unbelievably nice! Would recommend 10/10 *please open a storein ct! Read more
