If I could give it a zero I would, 1st They are all taking shots when I walked in. Waiter was confused the whole time dropped... multi plates of food served my food to the wrong table 2 times. Ordered a deep dish came out raw sent it back, came back bruntto a crisp, chicken in nachos are super dry. Egg rolls I would skip completely. Read more
These were two exceptional waitresses there who did a great job taking care of us. I don't know their names to give them the... appreciation they deserve. There were 15 or 20 of us. I enjoyed my food and drink. Read more
I'm not sure how this establishment made it to 4.1 stars. Maybe it was another victim of the pandemic and used to be better... previously... I can honestly say it was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever ingested. This one happened to be of the buffalochicken variety. It was tough, chewy, and when I peeled away the breading it had an odd gray color to it... YEA. Any fast-foodchicken sandwich is about ten times better and half the price. Beyond the horrifying chicken, my wife's California turkey wrapwas quite terrible. It severely lacked in meat which was made up for by an excessive amount of un-melted, shredded cheese. Theflavor was non-existent for both items, and the same can be said for the cold crinkle-cut fries that somehow looked crispy, butwere indeed mushy. This will be our first and last visit to Joe Kool?s. It put a huge damper on our night out to watch theChiefs and Raiders. :'( The one bright spot was our server. 1st time here our party of 8, and Our waitress decides not to use a pen and paper. Two of us split a large pizza pepperoni, ham,... and onion. We got large pizza ham, onion, green pepper. I asked for a root beer I received a water. Another person ordered asmall pizza cheese, banana peppers, sausage. Instead she received banana peppers and sausage no cheese. Another person orderedbbq wings only ate 4 of them and they were chewy. Our waitress barely came to the table to never refill drinks. Honestly if Icould leave 0 stars I would have. I thought this would be a cool place for dinner. But let me tell you the food was disgusting. We ordered the steak bites and... shrimp appetizers and they both were terrible. The steak would of been alright if it had some seasoning but other than that itwas a disappointment. I also ordered a pizza for my son that was nothing but dough with little sauce and cheese. The Asiagochicken was terrible. The sauce was watery and the chicken was so tough to chew. My mom ordered the fish and chips and she saidthose were the worst fish and chips she's ever had in her entire life. The breading was just falling right off the fish shecouldn't even finish it. She said it tasted like flour. She did enjoy her drink and that was about it. So if you like goodtasting food and well seasoned food you might want to avoid this place.
