Recently been here. The cashier was George I believe. He was incredibly kind and fast!

The best and delicious cookies ever made. Workers are very nice. I ordered a cookie on Saturday and George was the one who gave me the cookie he treated me like family and is a very good man. Must recommend!!!

Did not follow directions rude indignant and disrespectful, Mary and George gave me an order that was completely incorrect. When I called about the issue the staff tried blaming my doordash driver for confirming an incorrect order. When I gave Mary and George a chance to make it right, I was continuously lied to because Mary began contradicting herself. I said that I'm gonna come bring them the cookies back for a refund or credit and Mary, attempted to threaten me stating, "If you come up here..." in a rude tone, and before she finished I asked are you threatening me? Then she starts laughing and screaming in my ear about calls are being recorded. Then I reconciled that I am going to get no where with these kids and George is 14 by his own admission. I said to Mary I'm gonna write a review and she began to mock me and say "write your review I don't care." I will also be writing corporate and reaching out to the Mall about this. I was cheated lied to and made to feel less than about something that was completely out of my hands. Mrs fields messed up my order and was unwilling to rectify the situation internally.

Just had a very interesting experience when placing an order. I wanted to order a cookie cake ASAP- the guy on the phone said he would put me on hold, however, he actually didn't. I could hear in the background them talking; "do you want to make a cookie cake?" ... more chatter I couldn't understand... then heard him say to another worker "she doesn't want to make the cookie cake." He then said we can pick it up soon, but the woman who will be making it "isn't that good" ... or, we can wait for the decorator to come in later this evening. So I have to wait all day because they don't want to work....? I've been coming here for years and always have had a great experience. This was very frustrating knowing I could've had the cake earlier in time for my little sister's birthday, but they just didn't want to make it.

Not sure of other locations, but this place is a scam. They don't have their prices posted anywhere. You won't know how much it will cost until you order. I ordered 2 cookies and was told it would be $6.39. I asked twice because I thought I misheard him. At that point I just walked away in disbelief. Completely ridiculous!!

Sometimes all I need is something sweet in my day. While in Somerset, my visit was not going to be complete without a stop at Mrs. Fields for some cookies. I am a personal fan of their peanut butter cookies and their brownies. When I smell that freshly baked cookies aroma, I cannot help myself but to stop and buy some. I am going to keep this review short and sweet. For one, the service was great. Secondly, the cookie was devoured in nine seconds. Finally, Mrs. Fields has some of the best cookies when they are hot and fresh out of the oven.

My kids love these cookies. They definitely should have a chart on costs though. Just makes it easier then to have to ask. I can never remember how much they cost. And I could never really seem to decide how many to get. The girls at the cash wrap are always polite and friendly. They definitely should jump on the rewards type of program most retailers now a days offer and incentive or an appreciation type program for patrons. Where you earn free treats. That would be a bonus.
