The service was excellent. Keith was our server and he made my experience amazing. The crabcakes are the best I’ve ever had.... It was so good I forgot to take a picture. The lobster was cooked to perfection with a seasoning that gave it an extra pop. Mysister‘s pork chop was humongous. And the ten layer carrot cake was absolutely to die for. This was our first visit to this establishment, as I have been wanting to go for some time. My Husband & I were looking for... another place to go for our anniversary, as our first choice place has gone down in recent years. Ocean Prime intrigued me fromthe moment I looked at their impressive website and menu. I’m so happy my Husband decided to surprise me by bringing mehere. We started out with some drinks, a glass of moscato and 2 apps; & turf as well as shrimp saute’. The scallops from thesurf & turf are definitely the best I have ever had. The shrimp saute wasn’t our thing but it definitely wasn’t bad! Wedecided to indulge on both of the off-menu items. My Husband got the 32oz Tomahawk 9/10 grade wagyu steak that was aged for 56days with a side of the jalapeño augratin potatoes. I got the same type of steak but as a 15oz NY Strip steak, along with aside of the lobster mashed potatoes. We can’t even begin to describe how amazing the steak was. It had a good crust on it,perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked medium and it was so juicy and tender and fell apart right in your mouth! It was beyonddelectable! We definitely had leftovers and were beyond satisfied. The entire time we had the best waiter we have ever had inany restaraunt ever and his name was Zach short for Zachary. He knew the menu like the back of his hand, gave stellarrecommedations, was such a joy to be around, and played such a big hand in how great of a time we had. At the end of theevening, he let us know we could get a dessert comped for our anniversary celebration. We decided to get one for each of us, Igot the warm butter cake and my Husband got the 10 layer carrot cake (both delicious!) And when he brought us our bill, he letus know that since he had such a wonderful time taking care of us, he comped both desserts. Such a wonderful ending to a perfectevening. Celebrating our Anniversary here. I ordered the lobster and cauliflower potatoes, but I received mashed potatoes instead. I... can't eat them, they removed from bill. They gave us complimentary dessert as well. We were celebrating with friends who sharethe same anniversary day. They said their steaks were good. There was a kid running around, I don't mind kids, I have some ofmy own but in that type of restaurant and cost, I would think little ones should be home? Would I go back, probably not. Read more
