Ordered delivery today from this location and my salad was terrible. I shouldn't have to remove old/black lettuce with every... bite. I ended up not finishing it. I imagine, and understand these salads to go are most likely pre made and used through acertain time frame, but you have to do better with your turn over time or make the order fresh even for carry out/ delivery. This was gross. It was a half bbq chicken salad. The onion "crisps" were even soggy and old. Read more
My cashier Jenna was really nice, but it didn?t seem like she knew what she was doing. I ordered a everything bagel and a... scrambled egg sandwich. She didn?t ask if I wanted cream cheese or anything with my food. She seemed like she didn?t want to bethere at all. The lady in front of me was also having issues with her. I?m not very happy with my experience at this Panerabread. Hope the next people that get hired are way better with people and giving them good customer service. No Chicken on my Chicken Strawberry Poppy Seed salad. How do you pay for chicken and not get chicken on a salad named Chicken? ... Incompetence. UPDATE: Panera customer service reached out and offered a free entrée. I had also twice requested extra saladdressing given it was a full salad. No extra dressing. The Kids grilled cheese was not edible! The bread was barely toasted and there was No Visible Cheese, only an orange color on... the soft bread. Disgusting! We threw it out. We were Not given a choice of sides and they threw in a yogurt squeeze with allof the hot food. There is no place on their website for customer reviews so I had to post here. Read more
