We pre-ordered a ham for Thanksgiving and the entire process from order to pickup was seem less. There was a woman by the name... of Diane who answered the phone when I called to see if I could pick up before our scheduled pickup time who was an absolutedelight. It is such a pleasure to experience good customer service now a days. We were able to pick up our ham early which wasgreatly appreciated, as the holiday can be very frantic trying to get ready for the big feast. I'm a loyal customer who is almost always satisfied. That said, the smoked turkeys that I purchased on Dec. 23rd were not nearly... as good as usual: thinly glazed and somewhat overcooked.
