Tried the Alpine fondue based on reviews and it was amazing! It is such a tasty contrast when you pair with the green apples and... cauliflower. Also tried garden pot, which had broths to fry an assortment of veggies /impossible meatballs / pasta in. This wastasty but probably wouldn’t get again unless part of an order for a large group.. There were also many options for the dessertchocolate fondue, so of course chose the yin yang (white and dark chocolate) for cool aesthetics- I am not normally a fan ofwhite chocolate but this was phenomenal, especially dipping in rice krispies and strawberries. Make sure to call ahead and put areservation in as they get busy Read more

Went here with my girlfriend whom had been here before and couldn't stop raving about it. What a great and fun dining... experience! We had reservations for 7 and the friendly hostesses got us right to our table. We had a spot for two and there justdidn't seem to be enough space for everything we were getting so everything was a little cramped, but that's the only negativething I can say about this place. Well, the batrooms are a bit of a hike away as well. Ambiance was relaxed and nicely lit. Ourwaitress was very attentive and had a very friendly, relaxed disposition. We had the Fiesta cheese bowl which was delicious! Ihad the house salad which was fresh and the vinegarett was good. I got the pacific rim plate with a lobster tail and mygirlfriend got the classic protein plate with the MOJO broth and the chocolate and carmel dessert. Everything was well seasonedand delicious. What a fun dinner out! Highly recommended this place for a break from the same old doning experiences. Read more

Ignore the negative reviews and try this place before crossing it off your list. My fiancé and I had an early Valentine’s... Day dinner here and had a blast, we were served by Annabelle and she was amazing! She kept our drinks filled, gave goodconversation, made sure our food service was above and beyond. Servers like her are why we love going out. She made our datenight memorable. Evan was fantastic as well, he was on it constantly keeping the eating area cleaned and making sure we werehaving a good time. He even apologized to us about a table being messy after others customers just left ( it wasn’t messy itjust had a fondue pot on it) We enjoyed the conversation we had with both of them and appreciate how hard they both workedtonight. We went here another night and I forgot the guys name but it was our first time here and he brought out his camera andtook a film photo for us. He explained how everything worked and gave us suggestions whenever he could. This place is great fromthe food to the people. We highly recommend coming here because you will always make good memories ! The food is always good, how could it not be when you pick what you want and cook it yourself. We always get the four course meal for two, it’s anexperience all in its own with friendly staff that adds to it as well. They even gave us a box of strawberries on the house forValentine’s Day. We have lived in Michigan for about 4 months now so we’ve only been her twice but we’re already tellingothers about the great time we have. It’s worth every minute an penny being here even after the two hour experience we findour selves enjoying the environment so much that we just sit longer and talk with everyone. Read more

I loved the fondue but you definitely need to tell them to ADD SEASONING to the fondue AND ask them to bring ALL the seasonings... when they bring your veggies to grill. Grilled veggies doesn't taste like much without the seasoning. The food itself was great! We had the vegan dinner and they were able to make that cheez melt. Look at my pic! However, it took a really long time when ourwaiter checked on us. About 15 minutes for the waiter to bring the seasonings for the veggies, they were cooked and I wasalready half way done. Not to mention the restaurant didn't have heat, end of January in Michigan. So it was cold, I had mittensfor when I wasn't eating and my coat on my lap. Restaurant manager never came around to check in or even apologize for the noheat. I'm not used to that at all. For me, personally, if I'm spending my time to go out, I need good food, good service, and agood environment. I not planning on trying Melting Pot again though. Read more

This was my first time visiting, but there are definitely many more visits to come. It was under 150 (with tax and 20% tip) for... me and my boyfriend to get a four course meal. The meal included a cheese fondue, salad, a plate of a variety of meats andsauces that we cooked to our own liking, and a chocolate fondue for dessert. We will definitely be back. Read more
