So first I need to say as a Retail Manager you have to be the one to keep your cool. With that being said early Saturday morning... right after 6am we arrived at this Wendy's drive thru. Driving from KY. We had probably been on the road for 2.5 hours and wewere hungry. There was a car before us so we knew they were open. Really at this point the manager on duty should have spoken upand stated that they just opened and please be patient. What happened was the car infront of us went to the window then we wereup and waited for quite some time and no one spoke from the drive thru. Then we said hello and were aggressively told to wait.We waited again then after a while asked how long and then were rudely told we just opened. For the manager on duty checkyourself. Good customer service is rewarded you attitude on that day was horrible. Needless to say we left and your attitudecaused us to have a stressful drive for that next hour. Hope your day got better. This evening I went to this Wendy's ordered 2 deluxe sandwiches and got 2 jr sandwiches. The very rude manager (Jessica) said... that she would replace one but not the other, once we told her we spent 30 dollars on this food and we're not going to get jr'sshe replaced them. They didn't apologize for they're mistake when taking the jr sandwiches back for the replacement theycontinued to laugh while inside and being very unprofessional. We got our replacement burgers and they were all wrong but theywere closed when we went back around to fix them the first time so I knew they wouldn't take us or I would've just gotten arefund. I wish I did because my fiance's sandwich had a hair in it. Never going back to this Wendy's y'all are pathetic, if Icould give you zero start I would. I would recommend Tipp city instead, good food, fast line & nicer experience. Read more
