Employees are miserable! All my bagels were incorrect. Asked for them toasted. Not toasted. Asked for a certain flavor cream... cheese. Didn?t get that type of cream cheese. Why work if you?re gonna be miserable and not do your job correct? Read more
To preface this comment, I have always given people the benefit of the doubt and have never left a poor review. I?ve lived in... Trumbull for 25 years. I remembered back when this location offered both great customer service and food. Each and every yearit has been open I have seen a steady decrease in quality. Today I had one of the WORST experiences I?ve had in a long time.Upper management, you should consider hiring all new staff for this location. Horrible customer service! They were very rude toevery customer in the store, and had no desire to serve, stating ?Man, I don?t even want to be here?. Will not be coming backto this establishment. Read more
We ordered online pick up and after getting home we noticed one of the sandwiches wasn?t in the bag. We had to drive back there... (a 20 minute drive) and they didn?t even apologize for forgetting one of our orders. It was the first and last time we buyanything there. Read more
I have been to this establishment twice and have had very negative experiences both times. Today, I tried it again and it was... even worse then before. I was the only customer there and when I started ordering I was quickly cut off by the girl behind theregister who told me she?s not in charge of taking orders and points at her coworker 2 feet away. I try to order a breakfastsandwich and was told they are out of eggs. I ordered a lunch sandwich and they were out of lettuce and tomato, which I was toldafter they already started making my sandwich. So I ended up with a single piece of deli meat on a bagel, which I paid $8 for.Maybe people have better experiences in the morning, but I would definitely not avoid this place after 11 am, as they didn?thave all the ingredients for any of the sandwiches on the menu. The lights were off inside and the staff was clearly annoyed tosee a customer, even though they don?t close for another 2 hours. Read more
