I am updating this review because customer service and the manager Orlando reached to me and apologized for the inconvenience... and offered to replace our orders. This really showed me that Charleys listen to their customers and I appreciate the attention.Thank you ******** Terrible service. It seems like the cooks are not properly trained. I got a messy cold sandwich that wassitting there for over half an hour. Took us an hour to get our order because the staff seemed lost and confused. Read more
