Get rid of the middle aged white lady. Very rude and doesn?t have manners. Should get a job somewhere else.
This was 7/25/22 at 12:30ish. Had a pick-up order placed in advance. They were really busy (one worker) so I didn?t mind waiting... in line in case he didn?t make it yet (wasn?t on counter). Waited for 20 mins. Finally another worker comes in to help him. Iwas next in line and I explained I just had a pick-up order. The kid disregarded me entirely and said ?he?s working on it rightnow? referring to the other worker, who was working on the girl in front of me?s order. Not mine. Then proceeded to take the guybehind me?s order without letting me respond. I went to the cash register and saw my order sitting in that area now. I grabbedit and walked out, got to my car only to notice they gave me a 6? even though I paid for a 12?. I understand being busy and I?malways patient but the young kid was very rude & I feel sorry for the worker who was taking the brunt of the orders and gettingvery little help. Read more
Consistently messes up online pick up orders. Either items missing, sandwiches made incorrectly or they "missed the order"... defeating the whole purpose of ordering ahead. Read more
