The worst location I?ve been to. The stalls are almost always roped off. But when they?re open, they take forever to serve you.... Or they don?t serve at all. They decide to close early whenever they want. And they often disable in-app purchases to theirspecific location. I love sonic, but hate this location. Read more

Slooooow. I think this location has some management or owner problems, I'm not sure. The employees are very sweet, but things... really take a long time. 23 minutes in the drive through for 4 small shakes? Yikes. There were only 2 cars ahead. Read more
If I could leave negative stars this Sonic would deserve them! Placed my order on the app. Checked in at 12:33, food was not... delivered until 1:05! It was cold and the carhop was rude. The car beside me checked in 15 minutes after me and got their foodbefore I did! I know the order had been made and was waiting to be delivered because the drink holder had sweat from the drinkspuddled in the bottom. Since the new employees/management has come in this place has gotten worse and worse! I use to visit 3-5times a week. After today I will NOT be back and I'll tell all my friends and family not to visit unless they enjoy a 30 minutewait for cold food and warm, melted drinks. Read more

We have always ordered ahead on the app and it was never a problem before but tonight was horrible. We ordered ahead and when we... got there we pulled up to one of the three stalls open. We waited there for 30 minutes and watched the drive thru clear out sowe decided to head there. We were in the line for 10 minutes before getting to the window. We always give places the benefit ofthe doubt because we understand everyone is short handed right now but when we seen a crew members SITTING there on his phoneand got up when we pulled up to the window it rubbed us the wrong way. When we got our food the burgers were messed up and coldand we were missing items from our order. After 40 minutes of waiting it was not worth waiting longer to get it made correctlyso we just left.
